Scott
A Michigan man’s obsession with the pro-Trump QAnon conspiracy theory culminated in a Sunday incident in which he murdered his wife and badly injured one of his children, his daughter told The Daily Beast. Igor Lanis, a 53-year-old resident of the Michigan city of Walled Lake, was killed Sunday by police after he started shooting at them with a shotgun, according to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office. The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement that the injured child, a 25-year-old woman, managed to call police around 4:11 a.m. after being shot by her father. https://www.thedailybeast.com/igor-lanis-murdered-wife-shot-daughter-after-being-sucked-down-qanon-rabbit-hole-family-says?fbclid=IwAR2Ex80txphSljq6epYz_eBRQbHAiSRcXySx5YyJAe85-mB0VTwm1HA4w00
Popular Post Chomper Higgot
Sad news. RIP to his wife and best wishes for a swift and full recovery to his child he injured. This is just one extreme example of how Q-addicts lose the plot and destroy relationships around them. There are countless families dealing with family members addicted to Q-Anon and other rightwing lies and fantasy. Mass psychosis at work.

So every report of a murder should include references to every other murder for ‘balance’? The report is factual, the Q- nonsense the murderer had bought into us not, his wife and family paid the price. Popular Post Bkk Brian
Disturbing what some gullible people believe, this guy killed his wife and nearly killed his daughter because of taking in some of the very dangerous conspiracy theories promoted on QAnon. To the point that he believed some world leaders were alien lizard people, he forced his family to watch videos on 5G cell towers, vaccines and the election. As his daughter said: “But then after 2020, when Trump lost, he started going down these crazy rabbit holes.” The article also cites other horrendous murders carried out because of people believing the crazy theories, including "A California man who allegedly murdered his 10-month-old daughter and 2-year-old son in Mexico told police that his crimes were motivated by QAnon"

First, BLM is not a cult and it's not based on conspiracies. Second, you might want to look at the number of acts of violence in the name of Trump: 'No Blame?' ABC News finds 54 cases invoking 'Trump' in connection with violence, threats, alleged assaults. a nationwide review conducted by ABC News has identified at least 54 criminal cases where Trump was invoked in direct connection with violent acts, threats of violence or allegations of assault. ABC News could not find a single criminal case filed in federal or state court where an act of violence or threat was made in the name of President Barack Obama or President George W. I am not sure it's correct to say Republicans can't do it. I think it's that rather large and scary part of the Republican party that follow Trump and MAGA. Unfortunately, the MAGA crowd live in a binary world, you are either with them or against them. I know a lot of RINOs (Republican in Name Only) that would like to see the party get back to its fundamental values. Unfortunately, their voices are drowned out. With regards to ‘a balanced article’, I’m more aligned with some of the other replies: it would be off-topic and contrived. Wow, that wasn’t so hard was it! Talk about setting lax standards. Less than 100% is negligible? What percentage to your way of thinking would be cause for concern? Anyway, it looks like if someone is going to believe in Donald Trump, they're obliged to believe in MAGA and The Storm. Trump Embraces QAnon ‘Storm is Coming’ Meme: ‘It’s Almost Like He’s Trying to Tell Us Something’ Ex-president Donald Trump went on a “Retruthing” spree on Truth Social Monday night into Tuesday that prominently included a QAnon meme featuring his image, wearing a Q pin on his lapel, over the messages “the storm is coming” and “WWG1WGA.” His retruth (the Truth Social equivalent of a retweet) is his most direct embrace of QAnon’s conspiracy theory focusing on him since the launch of his Truth Social. The “storm” is a reference to the Q conspiracy theorist community’s belief that sooner or later Trump is going to unveil or unleash his secret plan to defeat all the enemies of MAGA and the deep state and, presumably, return to power in a sweaty Mike Lindell dream come to life. https://www.mediaite.com/politics/trump-embraces-qanon-storm-is-coming-meme-its-almost-like-hes-trying-to-tell-us-something/
