Popular Post webfact Posted November 30, 2022 Popular Post Posted November 30, 2022 Picture: Siam Rath Siam Rath reported that the director of the Department of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine Thongchai Lertwilairattanapong, Phra Nakhon officials and the Chana Songkhram police visited Khao San Road yesterday inspecting shops selling marijuana. Five shops selling ganga were checked with one found to be in contravention of the law after they applied for a licence in Lopburi rather than Bangkok. Picture: Siam Rath All the others were totally legal. The main thrust of the visit was to check that smoking was not allowed in cafes on the premises. This is now illegal after health ministry directives declaring flowers a controlled herb. Picture: Siam Rath This came into effect last week. Establishments with a licence are allowed to sell flowers but not allow smoking on the premises. This is a measure seen as trying to rein in the surge in overt recreational use seen since decriminalization in June. -- © Copyright ASEAN NOW 2022-11-30 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m. You can't smoke ganja in the shop. It's been legally that way now for months, but not enforced. Now it is (briefly) enforced to satisfy the frothing ignorant paranoid moral guardians. Most people don't seem to care and can see there really isn't a problem. 1 1 1

Let the people MAJE some money! 2 1/2 years of corona BS 1

kingstonkid Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 I think the problem that they have is the hypocrisy of saying that you can not smoke in buildings, You cannot smoke shisha but you can smoke Maiojuana. There is a bit of a WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. to that rule. Personally I could not see making pot legal but keeping shish as illegal. Will be interesting to see what happens. Question for my indulging friends here. If a bar was set up and you could buy beer and smoke weed would it be legal
klauskunkel Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 The outdoor pictures look more smoky than the indoor one. 1

LOL so really if we think about it buying pot is a lot like buying cigarettes or beer in 711 you can buy it there but have to go somewhere else to consume it.

Burma Bill Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 IMO, just ban marijuana again and stop all this nonsense about what you can or cannot do!

Aussieroaming Posted November 30, 2022 Posted November 30, 2022 Gotta move out of public view, which is a good idea. I'm sure that the smoking will just shift from the front of house into the back of house.
