Do you have a LAN signal directly from the router, ie LAN cable directly into a PC or laptop. 3BB for five years and very little disruption here 'in the jungle'. Popular Post BMW Overlander
Using both AIS and 3BB in Phuket, and both work perfectly for me. When there is a disruption in services simply contact 1530 (3BB) and they fix it within an hour. 1
Popular Post OneMoreFarang
There is no such thing as the best. One might be reliable and fast in location A but not in B or C. Popular Post soi3eddie
I've used both AIS and 3BB over the years. Equally as good as each other. Only moved from AIS as they were not then offering fibre optic. Been with 3BB fibre optic to the home for over 2 years now. Only downtime was last month when a truck driver brought down a nearby power pole which also carried communication cables. 3BB technicians were still working in the street splicing cables well into the night. Next morning all working perfectly again. If connection essential then always have a back up such as 4/5G in case of outages. 1

Even after two office visits. No apology or refund. No problems with 3BB in the village. I use nt at the condo, also reliable. Popular Post bignbad
3BB. Negligible issues, very fast and efficient service if there is a problem, good price, good speed.
brewsterbudgen
We switched from True Online to AIS 4 years ago. AIS have been flawless.
Tingtong1510
I first used TOT way back in December, 2005. Subsequently after a few years I switched to 3BB. In July 2013 I signed on with True. Essentially since then my problem with the Internet improved dramatically. Whilst I still have problems at times, it is not often. Additionally, however, True's response is "second to none". In my opinion their "after sales service" is wonderful. Frankly, even if I could get a cheaper cost elsewhere, I would not switch.
MrJ2U
I'm using True. Faster than I am paying for and excellent service here in Sakon Nakhon. Used CAT before and it was terrible and service was worse.

I find CAT to be mostly excellent and rarely need to swap over to the 3BB 'backup' connection due to slowness or outage, etc. I am in Hua Hin though. phetphet
With all the recent bad weather, if lines are run on poles, strong wind can cause problems. I rarely have problems with 3BB, but did last weekend.
Crazy Noobie
The main thing is the location of where you are. Where I live I have found that AIS works the best for me. Never any down time, whereas when I had True or 3BB and always had downtime.

You're right, I just looked at the envelope from the latest bill and it does say 'nt' on it - I've never heard of them before (the mrs takes care of the bill payments) - still good though ????
