Any recommendations on places, flavors, prices? 

Do any expats in Pattaya drink craft beer sometimes?

No first hand knowledge but am very reliably informed that these 2 are good:

Beerfest at Avenue Mall, ground level.

Wizard, very close by on Soi 14.

Both places sell small bottles for about 140 Baht.

Also the Cove Pub on Thappraya Road next to the Hanuman Statue Jomtien. On Wednesday it's 100 baht a pint but i didn't like it, strange fruity flavours !!

I checked out the places you mentioned and it was a good change from the mass produced factory beers.  The food in these places was good as well.  

I noticed some pale ale craft beer in Tesco today. Over a hundred baht for a small bottle.

I miss 90 Schillings and Fat Tire!
