Phuket – An American tourist was helped after he got lost at Krating Cape, southwest of Phuket.

The Phuket Tourist Police told the Phuket Express today (February 4th) that an unidentified male American tourist called the Tourist Police call center at 1155.

He said he was walking along on a trail near the Krating Cape in Karon alone. He was unable to find the way out.

Oh Please! he can see the coastline, boats, and dwellings from up there. How lost is that???? What a total crock!

Guess he wasn't on the 'trail' then.  The area isn't that big, how do you get lost, besides having his phone/GPS with him ...

... that's embarrassing.

Didn't know people actual bought phones for the 'phoning' feature.

Thai police phoned him and said “don’t worry, we’ve spotted you in your yellow wife beater shirt on satellite”, keep still, help is on its way. ????

He didn’t spend it on a working brain, that’s for sure. ????
