  Nonsense.

Others have already listed the VP’s qualifications, one of which must be ‘get the vote out’, that obviously worked.

Your unqualified imaginations of the current situation are just that.

“Biden healthy, vigorous and fit for job, says doctor”

In a column that published on Thursday, Jonathan Martin — the politics bureau chief and senior political columnist at Politico — spoke with several prominent Democrats who say they have concerns about Vice President Kamala Harris but are afraid to articulate them over fears of getting accused of "racial and gender insensitivity."

He backs up his argument here with an anonymous quote from a House Democrat who said, “The Democrats who will need to speak out on her are from the Congressional Black Caucus, no white member is going to do it.”

Seems the democrats are in a bad place.

Self evidently not true. Biden won by 8 million votes and attracted a record number of votes. Trump got trashed in that election.

Backed up by an anonymous quote? I'll take notice when a grand jury starts issuing subpoenas.

Unless she is investigated for breaking laws by the DoJ or state AG she is good to go. Politics don't count.

Biden was clearly elected by a bigly majority with Harris as VP. That won't change unless she is investigated for a criminal offense regardless of any right wing hatred.

Probably elected in spite of Harris, not because of her. Trump's support among blacks actually INCREASED by 5% compared to 2016.  Her magic Melanin Shield can only carry her so far...

He's healthy and vigorous enough to run and win and running and winning is exactly what he's going to do.

It is true most democrats would like to see Harris replaced because her performance is seen as dissapointing. But it's politically impossible for Biden to dump her. She'd have to voluntary exit.

Agreed. But the whole thing would fall apart if/when the GOP decides on a nominee whose name is not Trump. Which frankly I hope they do.   I can see Biden beating Trump again, but not another candidate.

High-level Democrats are rallying to President Biden’s reelection, not because they think it’s in the best interest of the country to have an 82-year-old start a second term but because they fear the potential alternative: the nomination of Kamala Harris and election of Donald Trump.

Yep, the dems are in a pickle.

If that's the same article it's an opinion piece quoting an anonymous source. It's true that Dems would prefer a nominee other than Biden but that's because the Dem base is younger than the Republican base.

In an open democratic primary without Biden I doubt Harris would win.

As a centrist democrat, I do not think he is fit to run for a 2nd term, and should step aside to allow more youthful candidates to emerge. The sooner the better. De Santis cannot be allowed to win the next election. He is a borderline extremist.

If we can't have Trump ( and I hope we don't ) De Santis will do the job. Roll on the election.

Surely not many would actually vote for Harris in a primary? She proved that she couldn't even sort the southern border.

But unlike Biden, Kamala (probably) knows where that border is and where she is.

Trump is not even a factor anymore. He has erased himself from contention, and continues to shoot himself in the foot by demonstrating his 13 year old juvenile maturity. Most previous Trump supporters I know despise the man.

It would be old man Joe, vs. a much younger GOP frontrunner.

I don't despise him, I just don't want him running for POTUS and splitting the GOP vote and letting a Democrat win.

Nobody is questioning Biden's physical health. He is doing very well for 80 years old. It is his mental decline that is the elephant in the room. And also conspicuously absent from the medical report.

As for Harris, more than 70% of democrats polled chose SOMEONE ELSE to lead the ticket if Biden doesn't run.  She also manages to trail Biden in overall approval rating by 4%, 43 to 39. That takes some doing.

I think Biden is slow when it comes to quick witted banter but he was never that fast. Bill Maher said today what I was thinking, that, you'd prefer an 80 year old who is slow but steady, still clearly with it who might take time to make a decision, as compared to some inexperienced 40 year old. I think it may be best if he retires though as 82 to 86 could be a different kettle of fish.

He did not even know how many states there are, that's not being slow, it's something else

'Everyone can see something is wrong': Former White House doctor slams 'alarming' Biden physical report

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11767245/Former-White-House-doctor-Trump-Obama-slams-alarming-Biden-physical-report.html

Is this the same doctor? "White House physician turned congressman says Democrats are ginning up COVID-19 scares to cheat with mail-in ballots in the 2022 midterms."

Trump nominated Jackson to serve as secretary of Veterans Affairs in 2018. But Jackson ultimately withdrew from consideration after allegations of misconduct emerged, including accusations he drank on the job, sexually harassed a female subordinate and casually dispensed prescription drugs.

Not sure, someone like that can be trusted to give a non bias view on Biden

That link can't be opened in Thailand using my ISP. Please name the former white house doctor.

30,000 lies in 4 years is also something else. Apart from rarely being able to complete a full sentence and using the language of a 5 year old. Trump's own staff complained about how lazy he was.
