Thais seem to be very fixed in how their dishes should be consumed, and what sauces etc must go with them. I am constantly having food go cold when I ask for my preferred sweet chilly sauce, rather than the overly sweet honey-like one that always comes!

About the same as myself (though chuckle to myself) when Thais drown their pizza in ketchup (tomato sauce) ... W T F :coffee1:
