Help needed with QIP.RU browser virus
It sounds like a frustrating issue! Pop-ups like that can sometimes be caused by adware or malicious browser extensions. First, try resetting Chrome to its default settings by going to Settings > Reset and clean up > Restore settings to their original defaults. If Malwarebytes isn’t installing, consider using an alternative tool to scan your system for malware. For example, this article explains how Avast’s URL blacklist feature works and how it can block harmful sites: https://gridinsoft.com/blogs/url-blacklist-avast/. You might also want to check for suspicious extensions in Chrome under Settings > Extensions and disable anything unfamiliar. If the problem persists, a clean reinstall of Chrome could help. Let us know how it goes! -

Top 10 Supplements for Older Men: Boosting Vitality, Strength, and Well-Being
5g of Creatine would be most I take, more like 3g. See more than a few recommend 5g & up. Don't take any supplements on weekend (sat / sun) to allow any excesses to be used up, though doubt is having any. Kidneys are fine, as my GP is a nephrologist, and been tested, even a CT Scan of whole abdominal area, and said I'm operating at 80%, and normal for someone my age (70). Magnesium Citrate works good for me and no issues. Was even hoping for some of that diarrhea, as constipation use to be a bit of a problem, before going on a Keto-ish diet. Cutting all those carbs (non digested fiber) really made a difference ... smooth sailing now Contrary to all medical advice of 'eating more fiber' After getting off the 'pushed' food pyramid past 2 ish yrs, and all the BS we've been fed all my life, I feel so much better, healthier, and my blood work #s agree.
