More to come.

"Grossberg, who is suing the conservative network for harassment and a toxic work environment, claims that the behind-the-scenes conversations with Giuliani, former Trump lawyer Sidney Powell and Trump campaign officials featured them admitting they had no evidence to support their Dominion election fraud lies.

Additionally, she says an adviser of former President Donald Trump pointed out the importance of January 6 weeks before the Capitol attacks, noting that the adviser said there were “no issues” with voting machines and January 6 was now the “backstop” for determining the election."

You're a little at loss? The answer is easy, he is convinced the election was stolen and is hoping for any kind of proof coming out through discovery.

Remember that facts don't matter.

I guess it's hard to convey irony in written text. ????

As always Chomper you reply, but of course you don't back it up with anything.  Show just one time that Fox actually stated the election was rigged.  You are inferring something that just was not done.  Did they question the safety and security of the Dominion voting systems - yes.  Was that reasonable given that Biden won 30% fewer counties than the lowest ever recorded yet somehow managed to get 8 million more votes than any other candidate in history. Of course that was cause to question if there were bugs in the system.

As said numerous times now.  I believe Dominion is foolish to bring this action.  They are opening their entire company up to a corporate colonoscopy where every email, memo, and error noted in one of their machines will be scrutinzed by an army of investigators and computer experts.  They may find that process is not pleasant and may have the unintended result of pointing to deficiencies in the Dominion system.  Will it?  Who knows.  I am pointing out the risks associated with going to trial and exposing all your companies secrets.

Dominion believes their company and reputation have been irreparably damaged by the lies and accusations made against them.

The judge overseeing the $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit by Dominion Voting Systems on Wednesday sanctioned Fox News, handing the ballot-machine company a fresh chance to gather evidence after Fox withheld records until the eve of trial, a person present during Wednesday's court hearing said.

Delaware Superior Court Judge Eric Davis said he would also very likely tap an outside investigator to probe Fox's late disclosure of the evidence and take whatever steps necessary to remedy the situation, which he described as troubling, the person said.

Maybe the reason Fox lawyers delayed  producing the evidence is out of a sense of fairness? They think it's only fair that they have a least a sporting chance of success.

Its all going tits up for Fox, you can listen to a couple of the tapes in the article below:

Hear Trump Officials Tell Fox Their Election Fraud Claims Were Bogus

In her Tuesday filing, Grossberg claimed that Fox News failed to disclose evidence to Dominion of multiple recordings she made of Giuliani, former Trump lawyer Sidney Powell, and “high-ranking” Trump campaign officials admitting they had no proof to back their election fraud claims.

She recorded the conversations in November and December 2020 during her time as the senior booking producer of Fox host Maria Bartiromo, who helped promote Team Trump’s voting machine conspiracies.

During a pre-trial hearing on Wednesday, the judge in the Dominion case reprimanded Fox News for withholding key evidence in discovery after Dominion lawyers aired some of the recordings in court.

More legal jeopardy for Rupert....is it possible that all the liability and damages from the 'big lie' at Fox , may come from Rupert's personal pocket?

A Fox shareholder sues Murdoch

"A Fox Corp shareholder sued Chairman Rupert Murdoch and four other board members on Tuesday, saying they failed to stop Fox News from reporting falsehoods about the 2020 U.S. presidential election that damaged its credibility and prompted lawsuits".

Turnbull, of the conservative Liberal Party, railed against Murdoch for empowering former President Donald Trump and radicalizing his supporters into storming the U.S. Capitol — and opened up about how Murdoch, who also runs right-wing outlets in his country, worked to remove him from power.

"Once he saw that Trump could win, he thought, 'I can have a guy in the White House that will take my calls and suck up to me and flatter me,'" added Turnbull.

Yes, it is ideology, I think his son is more generally ideological and right wing than Rupert.
