Thank you for taking the time to write all of this and I'm sorry it's being completely ignored by Yagoda even though he's the one shouting for solutions. It's perhaps not surprising though that one of the more rabid Trump supporters is shouting for 'alternatives plans to Trump' in a 'do you think you could do better' kind of manner, but when presented with said plans, chooses to completely ignore them. It's like a 10 year old child sticking their fingers in their ears and loudly shouting 'la, la, la, la, la - can't hear you!'
I (and many others I'm sure) however appreciate your well thought out and eloquent response.
The obvious problem is that, despite the fact the UK state pension had long been in existence when the UK DTA was negotiated, the British negotiators, unlike the Americans, didn't insist on the sole rights to tax state pensions. The fact that they did insist on the sole right to tax civil servant pensions made clear that was all they cared about. Now Brits are left scrabbling to establish some sort of equivalency based on the DTA that specifically excluded their pensions.
utter rubbish. There are many Thai tradesman in many categories who do excellent work and do it correctly.
You are obviously hiring the wrong people or are somewhat prestigious against Thai workmen in general.
Maybe change your attitude.
For "pruning", read "Hacking"
No secateurs, just machetes and chain saws
To be fair, they look terrible at first but after a few months these trees seem to recover better than I would have thought!!
