What was the outcome when your daughter found out your TGF was younger than her?

However, interested in hearing from those whose daughter’s did not approve. 
Still not talking with the daughter?

What about her children (the grandkids)? Miss not knowing them?

Thankfully I have never experienced this, both my American and Thai wife's are roughly the same age as are our assorted adult kids, and we all kinda work it out.

 

But I've got a couple friends, who's adult kids never spoke to their Dad again. One especially after he had a child with his younger than his farang daughter Thai wife.

 

He now lives back in the UK, 20 miles away from his daughter, and the last time I spoke to him, she still refuses to speak to him

The problem is when your grand daughter finds out your Thai GF is younger than her.

Another where personal men's lives and situations can be so different.

What was the outcome family and friends love my wife and are please that I am happy.

 

Briefly I took my future wife for a 6 month holiday the first length of stay given to her at the time to UK to meet the family and my 2 youngest who lived with me 10 and 16yr old.

 

My eldest son is same age as my wife. 

My eldest daughter is 2years younger.

My middle son 12 years younger.

 

When my wife was able to get the 2 year uk visa it was a great help with my to youngest while I was planning my retirement.

 

She met my previous 3 wives except one, met all my friends and when we returned to Thailand together and me retiring here, family mostly and friends have come to Thailand on holidays to see us every year except covid time.

I then did the right thing and married said g/f, and had a clearing sale of all my possessions in Aus

Now we live in bliss with no contact from the ex or the kids

If a guy is happy with his young girlfriend or wife, then he is happy. 

Should he marry an old woman only to make other people happy? Sure not! 

 

It's not his problem when the other people don't like it. It's their home-made problem.

That reminds me of a rich guy I know who has a great young girlfriend.

His kids don't like it. But the kids still want that he helps them with their investments and the kids still want to inherit everything.

I think the real question is why didn't you all get a vasectomy 20-40 years ago?

Also, if you are over 40, and your wife is not menopausal, then seriously do it!

 

If you can hold down a female tiger younger than your first kid, more power to you, but it's just perplexing seeing a grey geezer with pre-teens and a fertile wife in tow.

This is not just a TG thing.

My daughter stopped speaking to me when I married my second wife who was only a few of years older then her.

Wife #2 was English.

IMHO the kids should have the happiness of the father in mind. If his young gf makes him happy, fine.

 

But then, I am sure that kids are also more able to detect gold diggers. And I am sure if they do detect such a gold digger then they don't like that scenario in many ways.

I would have serious issues if either of my daughters were dating a man my age.

 

Of course my daughters are American, so the money/power dynamic doesn't really come into play as in so many(most) Thai/Farang older man younger woman relationships.

 

I know the fantasy is that when you take your 'younger than my daughter' wife/gf home, other men are envious.
