They must have heard you as u-turns are quite some distance apart.

 

I noticed today someone had made a small cut in the barrier to allow motorcycles to u-turn. Stopping in the middle of the road to do that u-turn is not particularly safe though, even if you are an expert rider LOL. Good luck to the brave motorcyclists that attempt it.

Lot cheaper!  If cables but not a surprise would have been done when they were digging and putting in drains but here we know how that goes.
