He was talking to all the head of departments in the hotel...General manager, Assistant GM, Front desk manager, cost control......etc....... He was exceptional in speaking about the guest, the value of each person in attendance calling them by name, position and their greatest attributes in their contribution to their future whether it was present time or their future advancement in other hotels.
