An old Chiang Mai hand told me that often a family will pick the likeliest prospect (usually a girl) and send her out for English lesson in hope of uplifting the family. In NYC, a lot of those Korean Deli's have a whole village behind them.

Which fact do you disagree with?

Do a little research and your comment wouldn't look so pathetic and stupid.

OK, I'm back to you. I lived in Alabama.

I come from Bath (Somerset).

As a place to live entirely ruined by tourism 25 years ago - although to be fair the rot started with Jane Austin publicising the place...

There again the Romans didn't help with all that "Aqua Sulis" nonsense two millenia ago.

And we've had to put up with the Liberal Democrats running the place for the last thirty years!

Mind you, not a lot in the way of nudism - rains too much I suppose.

These days, if I see any sort of que, or am told the wait is longer than 10 minutes, I run for the hills. No interest in supporting trends, frenzies, or dealing with crowds. See ya!

Typical isn't a quantitative term.  I supplied links, but you obviously didn't read them.

You can lead a whore to culture but you can't make them think.

Etc.

By the way, I noticed MG sedans are a lot more popular in Chiang Rai in the past 6 months.  And I observe the clothing the driver wears.  Weird fashion.  It's not what I would consider rich Chinese Thais would wear. ????

You got one thing correct.

One thing I've learned, I'll never change the thinking of a bigot, so best to ignore.

Nothing wrong in making a buck/baht. The problem is when people come and dont bring the money....and stay. I can't fault any conutry/people for not wanting this. If you come, don't expect citizens to support you financially.

But you would need to know the reason why, I changed to that pic.

Represents all that is wrong with the world ... you can read it to many versions of that.  Like art, people see different things in an abstract painting.

Let that one sink in ... that's some deep <deleted> ????

No.

I don't care about what your "reason" for using a racist criminal cult leader for your picture, Lower Alabama.  Your grievances against the world are irrelevant. ????
