After GOD spoke to me, I checked my Bible.

The only reference half-way applicable to what was commanded of me by GOD, yesterday, seems to be this:

 

 

How can GOD ask this of me, I have been wondering.

Surely He knows my limitations.

 

What would YOU do, if you were I?

My suggestion to the OP would be to go see a priest, give money to his church, it doesnt matter what church/faith, all religions want money, and the priest will surely sort it out if the donation is sufficient.  God needs money its clear.

I truly believe that is God we're to speak to mankind he would say: "Whatever you do, don't multiply. Don't have any more kids. Give the planet a break. Things are not working out and you have really, really mucked things up. I made a huge mistake by granting you guys free will. I expected better".

 

Multiplying is all well and good, but don't forget adding and dividing, which are just as important. 

 

We so desperately want to be "special" and just not a part of it All.

- the more believers there are the more it's likely to be believed

- the more believers there are the more money the church can collect

- the more believers there are the better chance of winning a war against another religion

 

As @spidermike007correctly points out, any sensible or kind god would want to put the brakes on human overpopulation.
