Shortcut arrow gone missing

We seem to have lost the 'go to top of page' shortcut arrow.

Can we have it back please!

The shortcut arrow is not compatible with the latest forum upgrade.

Also no way to clear notifications since the upgrade.

This is actually more important than the issue with the shortcut arrow.

Thanks, there is a separate topic running about this. We have a solution for the notifications but it will take a couple of days.
