They have enough time to rent equipment and repaint a room at the prison hospital and at least move him back inside the prison grounds. People would then feel that justice is being served. The problem is too many people are keeping quite. Where did i say the 3000 were guilty I said 3000 were killed, you need to read Thai history Thailand should hang its head in shame, When the Independent Committee on the Casualties of the 2003 War on Drugs established by the Surayud Chulanont government published its report in 2008, it concluded that 1,372 of the people killed had had no drug related records. More importantly, the chair of the commission concluded that all3000 killings should be considered crimes against humanity. Since the day the report was published, not a single case has been pursued. During the difficulties of the C.v.d years, locally, many lost their business and far more lost their jobs. Thais could always easily find another job. Samui is a tourist destination, it brought employment for many Thais, northern eastern, southern etc. At that stage with a different govern m ENt Thais from all over would have accepted T's return, assuming it would have been an improvement on the previous. Thailands Shame The General Surayud Chulanont administration was not a ‘government’ but a military junta, that removed Thaksin as PM in a coup in 2006.
