Security Guard in Banglamung Killed After Crashing Motorbike into Tree

Banglamung — A security guard was found deceased by his friend in the Banglamung district early yesterday morning after he had crashed his motorbike into a roadside tree after leaving a party.


The body of 43-year-old Somchai Saengrung, a security guard at Laem Chabang Port, was discovered on Sukhumvit Road near the entrance of Soi Banglamung 29, Banglamung sub-district, Banglamung district, Chonburi, at 2:16 AM on November 3rd.

 

Responding to the accident, the Sawang Boriboon rescue team stated that Mr. Somchai had succumbed to serious injuries. He had crashed his white Honda Click, registered in Chonburi, into a tree and met his immediate demise. His body was transported to Banglamung Hospital for further funeral arrangements.

 

In an interview with 29-year-old Chairat Boonchu, who was the first person to spot the body, he revealed that he was actually the friend of the victim.

He was likely very drunk and in no condition to be riding a motorbike at night. Trees are extremely unforgiving, and if you run into one all bets are off. 

And apparently you don't die from the impact the tree kills you according to the well written headline.

At age 43 I reckon he's probably spread his DNA about enough to ensure his sort of intelligence didn't die with him
