I heard  referred  to by by many different names, "but Farang  banana" I never have.  I would think that getting one farang to stick his banana in a blender would be difficult , but two? :cheesy:

Back in the day , when I used to go to the gym, I used to make protein drinks.

One of my favorite was two scoops of vanilla flavored whey protein, oranjuice, and a couple of bananas,

until my trainer told me they were sugar bombs.  We did not have soy milk back then.

I switched to Dairy milk, whey protein and two scoops of creamy peanut butter .

I think the only way to describe it would be,  decadent LOL

Alternatively, you can wash your hands - before you pee.

Ok, alternatively, play with your girlfriend...

Spicey "fun" for both of you.

Another tip my friend gave me. (he is very helpful) ,

is to wear pants when flying  french Fries. Ohh and dry them well, with a paper towel before throwing them into the hot oil,

Yes, the advantage of my one is it's low fat, bananas need to be frozen so no need for ice. Having one now, very nice

Both good suggestions I honestly had not considered.

Wear swimming goggles when chopping a potent onion. You may look a bit of a knob, but no more crying.

When frying eggs (wearing pants LOL)  , I often find that when I try to flip them over , I brake the yolks.

A neat trick to have both sides cooked well when doing "sunny side Up"  is to throw a tablespoon full af water in the frying pan near the end, and cover with a lid. The ensuing steam , finishes the top of the eggs nicely.

Also good advice, while having sex. I have been told.

I use one of these to cover the pan when frying sausages etc. Whilst avoiding getting hot fat splatter on my naked torso it also much reduces the area that needs wiping down after (the hob that is, not my naked torso).

I used to have one of those in the US but I have not seen them here. Anyone knows what the Thai name is so that I can do a search on Lazada?

Buy an air fryer, and say goodbye to splatter.

If doing fried bread , lightly toast it first. This help the bread absorb less oil when frying.

Wipe all oil from frying pan with tissue before washing. Saves clogging up the drains.

I use an air fryer extensively, with good enough result, and some time better than,

But some thing taste better deep fried.

Make a quick tasty snack with toast, spread basil pesto on the toast.

For good poached eggs (which sometimes can be difficult to achieve) I put the un-cracked egg into the hot boiling water first for 15-30 seconds. It ever so slightly, but not noticeably visible, sets the white. Then crack it and put it into the water in the usual way, Gives a good, round poached egg. Some people swirl the water first, some put in a teaspoon of vinegar.

Stale or soft bread? Too tight/can't be a##ed to get a fresh one until tomorrow? Rub a little bit of water over the crust and shove it in a hot oven for 5-10 minutes. Perfectly edible and crusty.

I use an aluminium cup, coated with sesame oil. Takes two eggs. An induction heater with pan and lid, an inch of water in the pan. Aluminium cup sits in the water, eggs are separated. 12 minutes if the eggs are at room temperature, 14 minutes if they are out of the refrigerator. Just short of hard-boiled, a firm yolk. I don't know whether it should be called poaching or steaming.

You know,

I like to bale bread every once in a while but I am the only one who eats most of it.

So I freeze it and , like you say. i pout it in the oven and as soon as it is defrosted, I open the airfryer, and lightly spay a little water. 5-10 min , it tastes and feels like it was just baked

I just throw it in the freezer on expiry date, then remove it and put in the toaster two times, turns out great!

Hand on heart.....67.....and never cooked a single thing in my life.....my best tip...stay out of the kitchen
