In an alarming occurrence that transpired within the vicinity, a 34-year-old individual, purportedly grappling with mental health issues, has been accused of engaging in unwarranted and distressing actions against multiple young women while operating a motorbike.

The affected individuals conveyed that the individual, known as Mr. Gook, approached them, seemingly oblivious to his actions, and engaged in inappropriate physical contact, reported Daily News.

The disconcerting incidents transpired on November 27, prompting seven individuals to formally register grievances at the Thalang Police Station in Phuket.

Law enforcement expeditiously collected evidential material from surveillance cameras, capturing unequivocal images of the accused's conduct. Mr. Gook was apprehended by a contingent of police personnel under the command of Pol. Lt. Col. Pissit Chuenphet, the Superintendent of Thalang Police Station.

In light of the initial inquiry, Mr. Gook asserted a lack of awareness regarding his actions. He is now confronting charges related to assaulting persons aged fifteen and above, utilizing threats or violence beyond the victims' ability to resist, and inducing a belief in the victims that he was someone else.

If found guilty, he may be subjected to a maximum prison term of ten years. The legal proceedings will unfold as authorities diligently strive to ensure the dispensation of justice.

It would appear that the writer has just received a new English dictionary!

Also I believe that a Mental Assessment is more appropriate than thinking of penal punishment. Then he has a chance of acting like a normal person so that he can fit into his local environment without frightening the local ladies.
