If you're paying less and going into a clinic you're not getting the same quality care. Like anything else, you're getting what you pay for.

 

I can't afford top care either. So I'm always second guessing what care I need. You get the same sort of thing with rural doctors in the Usa that the less affulent use. They rush the exam and just charge for anything and everything they can bill the insurance for.

You can search the Internet and find many reports from gentlemen who have had great difficulty getting good treatment for low T at expensive clinics. Doctors at hospitals don't specialize in optimizing health but in treating the sick (usually with drugs). Sometimes you get what you pay for. Sometimes you don't, but I don't have the money to waste and I know I'm doing fine with DIY as I've been researching this for 3 decades and taken into consideration the advice of many experts.

Viagra probably has different effects on different people, but I'm a non-drinker and don't take any other drugs, even for medical reasons, so I'm probably more sensitive to most when it comes to gauging the side effects of Viagra. I feel like <deleted> all day and the next day with a 1 x 100 mg dose. I exercise most days in the gym, but with Viagra, I'm likely to skip a workout the day of and the next day. I have some stock, but would only use it for very special occasions.

 

It does the trick though, but it's probably the same as getting drunk... it's fun getting drunk, but not much fun the next day.

 

According to stats I've seen, it's only effective in 65% of users.

Actually, interesting enough, I've gotten to a point in my life (at 71) where the hydraulics still work fine, but I've gotten to the point where I don't care.  This may have something to do with it as my wife is post-menopausal and about as fun as having sex with a Beluga Whale (actually maybe that would be more fun). 

I can take it or leave it, but really, I have no interest in sex with my wife. It's boring and I'd rather dispense with it all.

Jen, you are taking your opinion and trying to apply that as what should be norm for all men. Logically, that is a fallacy. Personally, I prefer to keep all systems operating as close to normally as possible - that is just me, other people can, and should, do what's right for them.

The problem with Thailand is that you're not often talking to an expert. It's people that need (to eat rice).

That is your opinion of how one should approach specialist... but not necessarily the best, or safest approach. My car won't start... it may only need air filter. I take it to one mechanic he may simply replace the filter, I take it another who first replaces the injectors and then the air filter.

 

About 16 years ago I had a problem with my lumbar spine. The orthopedic specialist ordered the removal of 2 disks and the fusing of 3 vertebra. A different doctor suggested simply trimming off the protruding section of the disk... This is what I had done and today, thankfully, have full mobility.

 

So... blindly following a doctor's suggestion does not necessarily bring the best solution... ALWAYS, do your own research, talk to many doctors, do more research, take responsibility for your own health and well being, AND THEN make a decision on how to best move forward for YOU based on all the information available.

 

This is simply my opinion and what works best for my life. You are free to think and do what ever works best for your life. Oh... and most doctors in the Kingdom do not like what works best for my life.

I would not want small balls and a low sperm count as an older guy. Not because anyone else would care, but because I would care.

 

Same reason I work out, take vitamins or shave my body. It makes me feel better as a man even if nobody is looking at those areas.

What do you think causes that immaturity? I have noticed it in both Thai men and women. I feels like people that are rushed and inpatient like kids to me.

 

The Thai's that are collected and mature are there also, but they seem to be very well educated like doctors or lawyers. I don't see them on the street much.

Fortunately for me, as I don't like it, my wife was never into holding hands and the 28-year age gap is quite noticeable as she looks young for her age. Now, in her mid-30s she would easily pass for early 20s, so to the casual observer the age gap could be 40 years or greater.

I always got a kick out of flaunting my "young enough to be my granddaughter" in front of western matron types in tourist areas. I made sure to let them see me holding their hand in a not very innocent way too.

There is always an exception to the rule. My first Thai GF not only held my hand in public but liked to put my hand on her head in public, which really is against the norm. I never asked her why she did that, but if I could go back I certainly would. She was the only one that ever did that.

Only takes one sperm to make a mistake. IMO there are more important things to worry about in life.

If I had to take hormones to bonk I'd give it up. Better off talking to a good psychologist than altering one's hormone balance, UNLESS one has an abnormal output due to a medical condition.
