Phuket – A monkey was recently found wandering on a tree at a public park in Phuket Town.

The director of the Khao Phra Thaeo Nature and Wildlife Education Center, Mr. Pongchart Chuahom, told The Phuket Express that on Wednesday (November 29th), they were notified from a staffer at the Phuket Tourism and Sports Office which is in Saphan Hin Public Park in Talad Yai sub-district about the unusual sighting for this area.

Relevant officials arrived at the scene to find a pig-tailed macaque on top of a tree near the office.

A scout looking for a new abode...

So it was not found actually wandering about, but in its natural habitat up a tree  :coffee1:

Breaking news a monkey was seen in a tree in a nature reserve. :omfg:

If it was seen driving a car, that may be news, but some HAVE been trained to wear uniforms and act like police :whistling:
