South - finding property to rent ?

Any suggestions as to how to find a house or apartment to rent on the mainland, Surat Thani down to just south of Nakhon Si Thammarat, min 3 bedrooms. Seems to be very few except for ones on islands, which I dont want. Would be mid Feb to early April 2024

Best bet would be vacation (short) rental at maybe Sichon or Khanom area.  Don't think short time rentals (3 bdrm) is a thing here/TH, outside of tourist areas.

The normal real estate agents not much use as will want minimum 6 months.

Try the short term rental tourist people, even Agoda or booking.com have apartments so they may have houses by the month

You might try searching on Agoda or Booking.com and then when you find a place which suits you, contact them directly.
