And if have a non rooted phone and you really want to try and block many of the processes/apps that seemingly bypass privacy settings you could look at

As well as a secure DNS resolver it uses the vpn to firewall apps/processes - so if you regularly use the vpn probably not ideal for you.

You may or may not be amazed to see just how many connections it makes to the Play Store and others in the easy to read logs. 

 

 

Best just to assume, nothing is private anymore.
