Phuket – Five Bangladeshi men were arrested at Phuket International Airport after they were found to be using fake visa stamps.


The Phuket Immigration Officer told the Phuket Express that on Wednesday (January 17th) they arrested five Bangladeshi men at the international arrivals terminal.

 

They were found using fake visa stamps.

Did they really think they could get away with fake visa stamps?

The Immigrations and Customs in Thailand are pretty state of the art now....

Didn't realise these were roadside inspection stamps not travelling stamps.

 

As an aside, I cant help but think it would have made for a better photo if the IOs standing brhind were pointing at the detainee in front of them.

They were probably sold the visa stamps by the forger not understanding that genuine visas would be on the Immigration database but not the fake stamps.

In the photo, they all look the same.

Same facial expressions.

Same.
