E-Extension tourist visa: Photo upload does not work

Featured Replies

I am trying to extent my visa via the e-extention website (online.vfsevisa.com/) but only my passphoto is accepted, all other photo's don't go. I tried everything for over an hour  (file size, name, extention etc) What am i doing wrong?

Try to open your photo :

Move your mouse to photo file and r.i.g.h.t click......open with........windows photo viewer

Many photo files in our computer (maybe malfuction problem) but are set to paint -winzip etc.

Second step try to sent your photo- that is not uploaded - and sent it to your mail as attachment to see if you can open the file.
