I am due to renew my extension and want to know if there is any new requirements

Not really a new requirement, but when I renewed my extension 3 months, the first thing they asked for was the TM30. I had all my documents and copies with me in a folder. Sometimes they do ask for something different.

OP, here is a thread that reference to some requirements at Hua Hin.

The OP in that thread was changing from marriage to retirement so ignore anything regarding that.

if you stop by the main office ..  the 2 women that staff the downstairs check in are very helpful and will give you the updated / current list of requirements as well as answer any questions you may have
