So you are really Trump? amazing

Why don't you respond to the accusations?  Just about every high ranking official who has worked for Trump agree that he is incredibly dishonest, corrupt, lacking in intellectual curiosity, self-serving, transactional, creepy, and just downright stupid.

You may be surprised soon if those are not the two choices

If age is now becoming a criterion for holding public office, why do people continue to vote, without criticism, for Sen. Charles Grassley, (aged 90), Grace Napolitano (86 years old), D.C. Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton (86 years old), Rep. Hal Rogers (85 years old), Rep. Maxine Waters (85 years old), Rep. Steny Hoyer (84 years old), Rep. Jim Clyburn (83 years old), or Sen. Bernie Sanders (82 years old) ?

They are not leaders of the free world and don't have access to the firing codes.

It's not age.  It's cognitive ability.  Who can forget the Dems pushing Fetterman, after he had a stroke and was basically incapacitated.  For months, years, even, he was unable to do the job.  But they pushed him and shielded him.  To maintain their majority.

And to pay them back, now that he's recovering and lucid, it turns out he's a reasonable, patriotic guy- much to their dismay.  But welcome back...

I'll be happy if she is the candidate as IMO a sure loser, whoever the GOP candidate is. My worry was that she'd be in as VP and then Biden would opt out leaving her as POTUS.

I suspect we may get a sample of her as President, if Biden can't finish this term.   Seems everyone is questioning his ability now.   They have nobody to offer up on the 2024 ticket besides her, which would satisfy those wishing for a 'progressive' mixed race female as President.

It's going to be a very sad, but comical as hell 2024 election :cheesy:

Do others get the same publicity when they have a senior moment, or isn't mentioned because people understand it happens?

Who passes more laws that immediately affect ordinary people, representatives and senators or the president?

Is the president allowed to enter the nuclear codes without supervision or is it just a hoary old myth?

To change the laws and have an age limit you need these 90yos to retire. They are all getting free lunches so no surprise they stay a long time.

Interesting question, as that would suck if applicable.  Maybe someone who cares might chime in with the answer.

Absolutely--especially if the GOP nominee is Trump.

There was a recent answer, properly attributed, that she'd be limited to 2 full terms plus half a term.  I don't recall whether it specified 2 years or half a term.  Which wouldn't cause a dilemma in this case, because we're closer than 2 years to the election.

But it would be an interesting conundrum in the hypothetical I was positing...  Michelle and Newsom in 2024, with Michelle bowing out after a few months because she'd doesn't really want the job, but she may be goat roped into it for the party's sake.  In that case, Newsom could get 2.49 terms but the dilemma would be when he hits 2 terms, 2 years and one day...  He'd have to step down.

I am of the opinion these voters care not if Biden is a genuine and bonafide imbecile or not, their vote is for whomever is really managing the disaster known as the Biden admin.

On the bright side: Biden busy uniting America and Americans (86% of them):

Biden has accomplished an amazing feat, one he promised during his campaigning days, he’s finally managed to unite Americans, at least 86% of them into agreeing that he is too old for a 2nd term in office. Well done, add that to your humiliating legacy Joe boy. 86% of Americans, (higher than Biden's age), remarkable achievement. LOL

Despite his age, Biden is senile, mentally unfit to some extent that is uncertain at this point but nonetheless very obviously to be the case. He forgets when he was VP, when is son died, talks to dead people, thinks Mexico shares a border with Gaza, trips, stumbles, can't speak coherently, gets confused and lost exiting a stage, lies about the findings reported in SC Hur's report, lies about so much, and achieves so little. And now this, a crisis he's responsible for due to his mental impairment. This has got to end, US cannot be run, represented by a mentally challenged adult.

Think again

John Bolton: Trump Is a Putin-Loving Moron Who Thought Finland Was Part of Russia

Tillerson Publicly Confirms Trump Is Basically a Moron

“A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.  DT

Trump’s false or misleading claims total 30,573 over 4 years

So what you're saying is, because Trump is bad the USA should re-elect a man who is clearly suffering with cognitive decline and is only going to get worse? Rather than find another Dem to run?

It makes no sense! Take your blinkers off.

Yes, we know Biden is old and getting older.  Yes, he's diminished.  Yes, he's not the same man he was 30 years ago.  Yes, he forgets things.  Blah blah blah.  Is Biden preferred over Trump?  Yes.

And yet you're giving Trump the opportunity to win the Presidency by having Biden run against him, a man who clearly won't be capable of contending in the debates.

This is what I don't understand about the Dems who won't budge on the Biden issue. You're going to let Trump in!

You guys keep getting this wrong. We're not voting FOR Joe, we're voting AGAINST a convicted sex offender and guy who has been forbidden forever of running a charity in New York cuz he ripped off money from the needy. Oh yeah, and facing 91 indictments for crimes against America (and THOSE walls are closing slowly but surely).

Not a convicted sex offender. Plus 91 fake charges while the DOJ let Joe off the hook.

It's actually very sad grown adults would vote for Biden. Can't respect anyone who does that.

What is sad is how that sex offender's sycophants continually and consistently do the "I see nothing" about the truth.
