All the TV shows I have downloaded from FM had subtitles. Now today they have all disappeared. Anyone know how I can get them back?

Did you download the media files and the corresponding .srt files?

 

Opensubtitles has a huge collection of free subtitles for both TV shows and movies.

 

Just search for the file name that corresponds to your media file, and download the corresponding .srt file.

 

Note: both media file (.mp4, .mkv etc.) and subtitle file (.srt) must reside in the same directory and have exactly the same filename for your media player to play them correctly.

Thanks, but all that seems a bit complicated to me, funny how it has only happened with my desktop and not my laptop.

I don't even know what srt files are.

the subtitles on FM are "soft" subtitles that are not hard-coded and thus won't download.  You'll need to find the subtitles at a subtitle site like Open Subtitles, Addic7ted.com, tvsubtitles.com, etc.
