Extension 60 days visa marriage - Si Racha immigration

Featured Replies

Hello everyone, I'd like to inform those like same me who have to request the 60 days VISA EXTENSION for marriage in Si Racha immigration.

I want to share my experience because I thought I would have the extension without problem instead of it I had some problems.

I have a NON IMMIGRANT O VISA that will expire in 2 weeks.

I brought these documents with me for have the 60 Days extension:

- TM7

- 2 passport photo 4x6cm
- My original passport and one copy signed by me

- copy of passport pages

- copy of TM6 departure card

- signed ID card of my wife

- copy of all pages of tabien baan

- copy of KR2 and KR3

The police officer in the queue desk checked all of my paper before give me the ticket and he told me that I also needed the TM30 form.

After obtaining it they asked me for the KR2 recently updated from amphoe ( I live in another amphoe but despite of it I was able to request it in Si Racha amphoe )

After got it I run back to immigration and they asked my other papers... They want to see the original paper of marriage and the original tabien baan but it was late and they told me to come back to immigration on Monday. I hope I won't have any problems on Monday.

I was there for 3 hours and I thought my wife gonna kill me because thai officer only want to talk with her and she doesn't know anything about visa...maybe if you bring the wife in the office they prefer to talk thai language.

At the least I accomplished that for obtain visa extension in Si Racha you need to have these documents:

- TM7

- 2 passport photo 4x6cm ( one photo they gave me back )
- My original passport and one copy signed by me

- copy of passport pages

- copy of TM6 departure card

- signed ID card of my wife

- copy of all pages of tabien baan

- copy of KR2 recently update and KR3

- Show original paper marry

- Show original tabien baan

Well, I hope I can help.

Thank you and forgive me for my poor English.

No such thing these day.

The temporary suspension of the TM6 arrival/departure card started in June 2022.

The TM6-arrival/departure card has been suspended when entering Thailand by air.  However, when using a land-border to enter Thailand, it is still in use.
