I’m in no way a religious man , but my friends question got me thinking .

Since when do we know for sure what's god responsibilities' are and what are not?

and until we know that, we can't asked that question...

The Bible is just a book of fantasy stories, and not very well written by humans. Talking Asps, Virgin births, a Son that commits Fratricide, then 'Begets' a wife, when only his mum and dad exists. Made the universe then turned the light on.... the list is endless of non-sensical stories.

Bible is just one of many stories about everything. I wouldnt limit myself to tribal fairytales

I preferer Wind in the Willows, Harry potter, Hitch Hikers Guide, Alice in Wonderland,... etc.

What do you mean by “a” God? That makes no sense because a Google search will quickly tell you that there are over 10,000 Gods.

The possibility exists that if there is a god, instead of being loving, he/she/it is a vicious and uncaring god.

As far as I am concerned, every religion demands worship - and money.

Greeks, Romans and Scandinavians all had their pantheon of gods. Pagans had the spirits of earth, air, fire and water. It is a matter of belief, not fact, as to which religion thinks it is superior to all the others.

Have you read the bibles, and seen them in the time being written.

 

There is alot common sense in the bible, and alot that is not, but great tools to manage people to stay diciplined and work for everyones best, but, humans are humans, power corrupts
