'Real-life Barbie' who spent £40,000 on plastic surgery now trying to reverse makeover

She has reversed some of the procedures to avoid looking like an 'alien'. 

 

Serena Smith, from Beverly Hills, California, is a 'real-life Barbie'. The 24-year-old went under the knife for the first time when she was just 18 years old, opting for a $7,500 (£5,900) boob job to go from an A-cup to a D-cup.

 

 

Describing herself as a 'plastic surgery addict', she'd undergone a complete makeover that's knocked her back a whopping $50,000 (£40,000) since she started in 2016. Some of the procedures Serena's had in the past six years include a nose job, Brazilian butt lift, Botox and fillers in her lips, cheeks, chin and forehead.

 

 

But, she now says she's ready to embrace a more 'natural' look, admitting that she'd dissolved the filler in her face - which her clinic offered for free - and changed the shape of her chin to avoid like an 'alien'.

 

 

"I am trying to embrace natural beauty a little bit," the singer said. "I am not saying I am done with getting procedures or anything but I want to embrace my natural look. "I loved my appearance but over time I have realised it wasn't working for me. "Maybe it comes with growing older, you learn to accept your beauty a little bit more." She added: "I think every once in a while it is good to keep things fresh.

"Everybody changes, we don't stay the same our whole life.

 

 

"Our bodies change as we age, different things happen and it is good to keep up with that. "Nothing lasts forever, I had that look for around three years. "I also think it is the trend with beauty right now - things are going more down to basics." She also said that you 'feel comfortable with different things' at different times in your life. "Lately I've been showing a lot less skin. "It was an unconscious decision - I realised I have been dressing more conservatively and that is reflected in my life as a whole. "I feel a bit more like myself."

 

However, it doesn't mean that she is cutting out surgeries completely. "I am not saying I am done with plastic surgery but I am going for a more subtle look with my result," she said. I am planning to have my breasts redone. They are going to be bigger. They need a refresh to keep them looking good." Serena follows a long list of celebs who have been reversing years of cosmetic procedures in order to embrace their natural beauty.

Not the first one I have seen with the ridiculous lips ! Without those it could look less grotesque .
