All those LOUD kids' games flooding the place with noise does not help matters...

Tend to agree, both the crane arcade machines and the small play area... even early on before they get going the shop owners kids are running amok in there.

What have they changed so far?

The ice making machines have gone, the skin clinic went upstairs, Amazon coffee went outside for a spell, the place I get my coffee is in a different location most every week. The doors from the car park  have moved. They are fitting a new ceiling, toilets have been renovated. New layouts for new food selling businesses going in. It seems to be an exercise in maximizing floor space usage, like the shopping place upstairs, but there is not enough space for foot traffic, especially when pushing a cart.

Yes I agree.

I reckon they're going to do the same thing as Tesco on the Sukhumvit. They've condensed the floor space, placed the cash registers in the middle the shop, now on the outer perimeter, small shops opening up like Mr DIY

These supermarkets are probably focusing on selling online, possibly losing business to the likes of Lazada etc

Most of what I mentioned was relating to the food court, I will be in there for an hour or so later. Hope it isn't as cold as last week.

Elaborate "untouched"!  You missed the closed off boarded up stations, changes to entry booths, menu signage, location changes,   My last visit month+ ago. When was your last eye test? Try recall exam next!

When you next go there to sit with your friends with no food to be seen on the table let us know what further changes are made

Before Big C extra had like 4-5 double checkout stations and in the old days, every one of them was busy....

Now,belive it or not they only have ONE double  check out station.....I only saw one....Did I miss the others?

Yes in the middle of the store - sort of 1 or 2 o'clock from the picture.

The cheaper beef has been available for over 6 months and used to be in a single cabinet at the front left where you walked in prior to the changes.

I find the cheaper Aussie striploin (they had 2 different prices ) as tasty, if not better, than the Jagota cuts.

There is no free filtered drinking water now, that should deter the Nirun crowd. Nor a sink to wash your hands. The amusements and kids play area are making a horrendous irritating racket too. There was food on the table as my friend had bought some pumpkin meal, and I had something from the Big-C bakery. Far too bloody cold in there.
