I have recently bought a new Ranger WT. This is my 1st Diesel car/truck. B20 recomended by Ford. Is there any other type of diesel that could be used besides B20 without damaging fuel hoses, fuel filter and... ?

Your sticker says B20 MAX meaning that you can use B7, regular Diesel (which is B10) and B20. Not anything above,

I googled and what I understood was B20 = 20% cooking oil. Is that right ?

In nut shell...  yeah cooking oil.

Not that I would entertain the use of palm oil for cooking purposes.

"In Thailand, biodiesel is mostly produced from crude palm oil (CPO), although Thai manufacturers also use refined bleached and deodorized palm oil (RBDPO), palm stearin and other vegetable oils"

There is however, up to 80% of fossil fuel diesel in it

Try cooking chips in that!

"The use of B20 fuel may do serious damage to the motor and may not be covered by the factory warranty. Newer Cummins engines, say models in the past 10 years, are capable of operating on any biodiesel up to B20. However, there are precautions to observe for the use of B20."

Well considering it is the recommended fuel for the vehicle in question on what grounds does the manufacture have to deny a warranty claim ?

to keep you in the loop, the Ford Ranger does not use a cummins engine.
