April 24, 20241 yr I'm in the market for a new MacBook Air, but Thailand's retail price for the spec is pretty high at 61,900 Baht incl. VAT. Anyone knows of a local dealer that normally has promotions/discounts on new MacBooks? Spec that I need: MacBook Air 15" : M3 chip 8C CPU/10C GPU/16GB/512GB - Starlight-2024 (Thai-Eng-Keyboard) 256 GB harddisk is preferred though. Can't find any Macbook Air M2 chip with 15" screen, but that could eventually be an option.
May 1, 20241 yr Author Thanks all for your recommendations 😎 I went for a MacBook Air M3, 8GB RAM, 256GB disc, Midnight. Bought it at Studio7 online and got it two days later by Kerry. The best Mac I’ve ever had, so happy with it.
May 1, 20241 yr How much of a discount did you get? I usually buy mine from Apple due to better return policy and customizable options, but if the retailer's discount is big enough, might as well look for a sale with them next time
