I didn't get a photo as I was driving, but I think you can see their nightmarish vision of how things should look opposite SCB where they've already finished the works. It'll probably look swish to Chinese tourists driving past in their coaches, but it's the end of Jomtien Beach as a pleasant place to sit in the shade, or take a long shady walk.

Actually there is a lot of work at North end and then nothing until Soi 10 . Then after Soi 12-13 nothing all the way South. So it's not continuous so far.
