Top 72 Activities Every Tourist Must Do in Thailand Revealed

Recommended Posts

And mainly how to avoid the official taxi and tuk tuk cheats.

Always write down the price you see on the menu someplace or take a pic. Cause in many restaurants when the check arrives, strangely the total price does not match the total you can sum up via the menu. Of course no problem for those who love being cheated and want to feel posh by not asking. But for the others, always a good idea to see if the restaurant tries to "make a mistake".

Not to mention the cheating from the tailors who show you a specific type of cloth quality but when it is stiched, (usually for suits) one can feel that the quality is not really the same as the bare cloth shown on the order (always ask for a decent size sample before and say it's to consult with your great grand uncle who is is the hotel and did not come...😆).

In the girlie bars, never, never let the tab add up. You order, you pay straight away. And watch as how they frown as they will understand fast that you cannot be cheated out at the end, when half boozed !!!

Responding to the attraction of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, TAT is also planning a special program for European visitors. These tourists can watch the games live while enjoying Thailand's tropical beauty.

Because only Europeans ever watch the Olympics???

About 10 interesting bars in Nana, maybe 7 more in Cowboy, then a trip to the beach and Soi 6, I guess after a couple of days 72 is achievable.

...you couldn't pull a chicken leg!

How can they ever dream of boosting tourism and continue to make so much fuss on visa requrements even for those wanting just to spend 4 or 5 months per year ? like those 90 day reportings, having to trudge to immigration if you own a condo or a house and have friends comming over to stay, having to report your residence each time you arrive in your place that you foolishly purchased years ago and so on....

Funny enough, that's the same number as the number of virgins Muslim martyrs get.  Coincidence? You be the judge. 🙂

Hard pushed to find a virgin in Thailand.

Not optional. You will be driven in controlled groups to visit sites and pay the foreigner entrance fee and not permitted to leave the country until all venues are recorded.

Reminds me of an unscheduled tour of Moscow I was 'obliged' to take in the late '70s. 😀
