Do you owe money?
I like to take a few minutes break from my programming now and then and have a look at this blog as I come across many people I would never meet in real life, as a lot of them seem to be negative types of people, but they do surprise me now and then. There seems to be an adverse objection to using credit as far as I can see in this topic, a lot of people are showing off it seems as if they have no credit then it is a good thing. It depends on the type of credit/debt. There is nothing wrong with using healthy credit if it is going to produce a profit for both the bank and the individual, without mutual credit schemes we would all still be living in a cave. A simple example, I took out a mortgage to buy a house many years ago, it was £175k (multiply that by 1.32 for the $), I sold it two years ago for £750k, I bought two houses with it generating £28,600 a year in rents so that added to my other pension products give me a nice easy life in Thailand especially as the house/car here is paid off. I wonder how many negative frowns I will get for this comment as was the case with my comment above. 😄 This article was about credit and this is my honest reply to the article. -

Are cars legally required to stop for a zebra?
Wrong. There is a legal requirement to stop with a ฿4000 fine if you don’t. -

Dry herb vape recommendation anyone?
I can highly recommend the Fenix Pro. Works well over time, well priced. and you don't need to be a rocket scientist to clean it (which is periodically a must for any vape). -

Mother in Tears: Daughter Dies in Russia, Family Struggles to Bring Ashes Home
I have to admit I will never understand why for some (many?) people a dead body, or ashes, are important. She is dead! If you want to think about her, maybe close your eyes and think about the good times when she was alive. Looking at a body or ashes or some earth or an urn doesn't bring her back. -

Why our GOP candidate will prevail.......
Well, you ARE right about one thing- he is up against somebody younger. The rest is unproven, and if Kamala has her way will remain so. Polling now is better than 2020 and even than 2016 for the Bad Orange Man at this stage. As for the so-called "popular vote", that matters as much as a bucket of warm hamster vomit. Voting patterns are not based on it, so the results are not valid in any real way. Same thing in Canada, Trudeau came in 2nd in the popular vote but won more seats in Parliament and became the Prime Minister. -

Switching from Non-Immigrant OA to Non-Immigrant O on basis of Retirement
Yours has been grandfathered hence no insurance requirement. Can't recall the date your non O-A to have been issued for that to be possible. Think 2018 Someone will post the year. -

Mother in Tears: Daughter Dies in Russia, Family Struggles to Bring Ashes Home
Sorry to say, but now it's getting ridiculous. I'm not blaming you, that you don't know much about Buddhism. But a bit more knowledge I honestly expected. Nevertheless, this deceased young woman will get an appropriate funeral attended by her Thai friends in Russia. But this is not your concern but the girl's family. If they want to have a funeral in Thailand they will do it without your consent or interference. Please don't send more gibberish. -

you asked for the source, though I don’t understand why you deleted your post. https://www.nationthailand.com/thailand/general/40024294 -

Ok. so basically you are a Canadian of convenience. You are in Thailand only because it is cheap. In effect you admit to being exploitive. It certainly explains your pro Russian sentiments. BTW, you may wish to follow the news from Canada closely, The government just announced another 10% cut back and a toughening of PR and visa requirements. Soon there will be obligatory residence much like the US Green Card rules. 🙂 And if the conservatives win the next election, a review of existing visas and a freeze on all new visas. You just might get to stay in Thailand and elevate their culture. -
