Did you see Morning Joe defend Mike Cohens right to steal. ?

Or...a related take on the Cohen theft by Moanin Joe's fellow propagandist at msdnc, Lawrence O'Donnell....

"....... it didn’t really sound like stealing $30,000,   It sounded a lot like Michael Cohen doing the little that could within that calculation to rebalance the bonus he thought he deserved......and it still came out as less than the bonus he thought he deserved and the bonus he had gotten the year before,"

THat was a good one, shows the utter moral bankruptcy of the Trumpophobes

Some are now.

More will become Nazis if Trump wins.

Well if Trump supporters are Nazis what should be done with them?

Education.

Trump loves the poorly educated.

Unlike your lot, who look down at them and do nothing for them, except as is needed to retain power

Exactly, look at the Biden family.

Trump’s lawyer pays Stormy’s lawyer to influence one party to enter into an NDA with another party, which is legal.

Stormy’s lawyer pays Stormy to enter into an NDA with another party, which is legal.

An NDA is payment in consideration of a contract, which is legal.

Trump pays his lawyer and calls it legal expenses, which is legal.

Stormy violates the contract.

The FEC looked at it and did not prosecute.

Bragg looked at it and did not prosecute.

The Biden DOJ sends one of their top guys to New York to make up a campaign finance violation.

Trump is indicted

Another troll using the technique of breaking down a crime into is constituent actions, and then claiming that those actions are legal. Of course, the illegal acts are left out of the above nonsense post.

Note that Michael Cohen pleaded guilty to the campaign finance violation early on.

The closing arguments are coming soon. I hope these will stop the trolls from claiming "there is no crime".

The 21 May discussions with the Judge on the Jury instructions definitely involve the "irrespective" clause in the FEC regs which would go way upstream to determine whether the 34 entries as in the indictment were actually false.

If the entries weren't false, what was the point of the meeting where the Trump Organization staff tried to figure out how to pay Michael Cohen without referencing the hush money payment?

Noted earlier from a 16 May Judge's conference Counselor Bove said as to the 'irrespective condition' :

... which we think is an important issue for the jury to consider with respect to whether the payments at issue could be considered expenditures and /or contributions.

As you say, closing arguments next week.

I'd like to see a prediction poll here

They have a week to be convinced by CNN and MSNBC to "do the right thing" and the judge will keep sending them back until he gets what he wants.

Why do you think he sent them home for a week?

Do you think if the jury comes back and says they're hung, he does not send them back?

What is it you think Trump is guilty of in this case?

It's normal for a judge to ask a hung jury to try a little more.

If the jury reports that someone is "not deliberating", they may be replaced in some venues. This means that a juror is not paying attention to facts, they have an opinion solely based on personal feelings, not the facts of the case.

Comey is backing an 80% conviction probability.

The judge sent the jurors home because:

There wasn't time last week for jury instructions discussion, closing arguments, and the start of deliberations.

The rest of your post is the standard Groundhog Day trolling. Please refer to the multiple posts that answer your questions.
