Elsewhere, he is a convicted sex offender (civil case) He is a convicted charity fraudster and is barred from starting a charity, as are his children He is a convicted bank fraudster (civil) He is a convicted insurance fraudster (civil) Yesterday's felony convictions involved fraud, too, so he is owner of lots of fraud convictions, civil and now criminal. 1 2 3 1

Biden had a budget deficit every single year. Just look it up, it's not hard. 1

The convicted felon added $8,400,000,000,000 in new National Debt. In Biden's first year he dropped $350 billion off the convicted felon's last year of debt, and $1.3 trillion in FY 2022. Because of the convicted felon's profligacy, inflation sprang up and required the Fed to raise rates ~380 pips. On the convicted felon's debt alone, that adds nearly $1 billion per year in servicing costs, and thus the yearly deficit. 1 1

In 2021 Ms Lavarello was sentenced to three months in jail pretty quickly and efficiently, Trump was approached with hat in hand, please Mr President, give us those classified documents, essential to national security, back? Please? That took a year and a half. And still DOJ doesn't know that is has everything back, and certainly doesn't know what has been done with those documents in all those years. Apparently national security is less important than they would make us believe. I would have scanned them, put them on a microSD as big as a fingernail, and sold them to whoever is willing to pay a big price. But I'm not American. I did not know about her -thanks. Garland was a huge mistake he's not up to the task. My choice was Sally Yates but I'm not the President. 1

The bottom line is he alone can beat Trump. I put my pants on one leg at a time. I disagree. If Biden had not saddled himself with Harris as VP, he would have been gone. I think that was the assumption anyway in 2020- he was the steady hand needed during the pandemic. Then he would gracefully hand over power to the next generation. Too late now though.

Popular Post Walker88
1 hour ago, Bangkok Barry said: Sentencing is going to be very interesting. Trump has hardly endeared himself by accusing the judge of being corrupt, calling his trial rigged and a witch hunt, refusing to accept the verdict of the jury who agreed his guilt so quickly it caught everyone by surprise, continuing to refuse to acknowledge that he did anything wrong at all. No humility, no apology, only ranting against the American legal system and the judge that will sentence him. He just can't keep his ignorant mouth shut, and he is going to pay for that. I'm not as certain as some he will not be given a prison sentence. I believe it's up to the convicted felon and how he behaves between now and the sentencing date. If he mouths off, continues to violate the gag order (in effect until the sentencing date, I believe), doxxes jurors, or other nasty things of which he is not only capable, but prone to do, I think a prison sentence is possible. On his side he has 'no previous record' of criminal, though not civil, convictions, and the victims of his crime are somewhat amorphous (the entire United States of America). Working against him is his continual violation of the gag order, a total absence of remorse, and the fact an underling served time for doing his bidding in the carrying out of the crime for which he was convicted. If Michael Cohen had to serve 13 months and 51 days in solitary for the crime, it seems only fair the ringleader should also have to pay the price. As a side note, the old geezer looks to have aged 10 years in the last year. I don't think he's been hitting the gym and the salad bar. He looks like death warmed over. It would come as no surprise if he passed between now and November. Of course that would lead to another conspiracy theory about "Biden operatives" taking him out. Then again, maybe the Supreme Court will rule before November that Presidents are totally immune from prosecution, which means Biden would be free to do the needful. 1 1

0ffshore360
I have to admit that Trump may have found a legal rep that although has failed to achieve acquittal or even a reduction in findings over charges at least comes across as a genuine legal defender as opposed to a mafioso styled complicit like Jeweliani or Hurling Barbi or even Cohan when he was on the perp's team. He's doing his task as prescribed, insists he is getting paid ( up front? ) but not overly demonstrating devotion to "The Man" but commitment to the task. I doubt he realistically believes Trump possesses any genuine innocence in the numerous charges he is faced with but as a professional legal rep will present best defense in capability. If nowt else it will save him from any obvious need to become "turncoat" as is being suggested Rudy W. Giuliani is doing . Or "flipping" in US terminology.
