Popular Post snoop1130
The government aims to establish a carbon tax by 2025 in its bid to combat climate change and endorse green practices. Ekniti Nitithanprapas, Director-General of the Excise Department, stated that the system for this tax will be formulated based on globally accepted methods and international norms. Ekniti clarified that the carbon tax will be charged on emissions right at the source, beginning with oil products. The tax will come with a rate of 200 baht per metric tonne. Thailand is set to become the second country in ASEAN to introduce a carbon tax, following Singapore, demonstrating its dedication to environmental preservation and sustainable growth. The carbon tax will be included in the current oil tax framework, guaranteeing a revenue-neutral shift. The Excise Department reaffirmed that the tax will act as a driver for lowering carbon emissions and advocating for eco-conscious practices. The government has conducted measures to stimulate the expansion of electric vehicles (EVs), with sales showing a substantial boost of 685% in 2024. Furthermore, the department is considering differentiating battery tax rates. It plans to cut the tax rate for recycling, in an effort to motivate businesses to embrace green practices and contribute to a circular economy. Purdey
Not sure that carbon taxes will help lower carbon emissions as it is a tax that allows organizations to produce carbon as long they pay the protection money, sorry, tax requested (we gonna make-a you an offer you can't-a refuse). Same for carbon credits, "I want to continue to pollute, what should I do?" "Psst, I got some carbon credits you can buy and you will be able to continue to pollute." How about lower tax on the purchase of carbon scrubbers and tax reimbursements for those who cut their carbon pollution?
xtrnuno41
You wonder about CO2 emission. In China there are 62 coalmines, underground, on fire. One doing over 50 years of producing CO2 for nothing. USA has also a coal mine on fire for 50 years. And there are more in the world. Mostly all caused by humans. They dont a thing about those, as it costs money. Climate change, CO2, whatever. It is all about making money, fast, no matter how. Brave men killed the oil fires in Kuwait, respect for those guys. Otherwise we still had a lot more CO2. The taxing is just for increasing income of government and at that same time, it should get less in CO2 emission. All they are creating is elite society, common people cant pay and the rich dont notice it that much. Governments ordering common people to eat a carrot, but the rich still can eat meat. They abuse climate exchange for directing to elite society, only rich. It is waiting for humans to pay on breathing?! For Thailand has 35 million visitors every year, increasing the CO2 emission of Thailand. So tourist CO2 tax, ah nice shorting, TCT?! Fact is now, there are too many people on the world and it has a real big impact on everything, mostly negative for the home planet. See this movie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Qs_f4ZOA6E OK, you can deny, but ...? You remember the time there was lead in your petrol? It took a long time to finally stop with it, claiming many victims. No clue what is in it now, that one would be right?

And then you invent a vaccine and that could do in time, the rest. In the past, viruses, showed they were highly effective. Like "Spanish flue" or plague. Mostly you dont know what they are doing. Sometimes you get surprised. Australia had rabbit problem, they tried out on an island with virus to kill rabbit. Very successful, but it was air born and killed the rabbits on "main land" as well. In 2014 there was, globally, a mysterious death with rabbits. They also wanted to do carps (invasive in Australia) with a herpes virus, as said only for carps effective on killing. No clue if they did and or an outcome. They SAY it is only for rabbits, carps, but how many changes we saw in covid?

Carbon Taxes Tax gas, tax oil, tax electricity, tax food, tax just about everything, and say it's to "Save the planet." It is the biggest con job in human history. Tax the Neo-feudal slaves - Put the money in your pocket, Put the money in your pocket, Put the money in your pocket, Tax the Neo-feudal slaves- put the money in your pocket, But don't spend a baht to help the feudal slaves. 12 hours ago, Puccini said: Are there globally accepted methods and international norms for buning the fields after the sugar cane harvest? The fields are burned as it is more economical than other means. The Thai government knows this and does nothing to create laws and enforcement to stop the burning. Why? It would impact the profits of the primary beneficiary of the burning - Corporate Big Agriculture. We live in a world where governments and large multinational corporations work hand-in-hand for their own benefit and at the expense of the commoner classes (Neo-feudal tax slaves). Thai government: "See all that burning creating all that CO2. We need to tax all farm products to offset the carbon!!!" Tax the Neo-feudal slaves - Put the money in your pocket, Put the money in your pocket, Put the money in your pocket, Tax the Neo-feudal slaves - put the money in your pocket, But don't spend a baht to clean the filthy air. You see where this is going with the government creating new taxes every month now. Tax tax tax tax tax tax tax. Take the Thai commoners who are drowning in debt and crushed by inflation, and tax them until they are Neo-feudal tax slaves and meatless consumer carcasses striped of wealth by the government and the rentier-class of Thai corporate elites. 4
Popular Post connda
Carbon taxes are deliberate, punitive taxes meant to create pain and suffering for the average citizen and to stop the commoner classes from "consuming." It's goal is to purposefully create needless austerity by striping more and more discretionary income from the commoner-classes of citizenry and to eventually, over time, create wide-spread poverty to stop the "little people" from being able to purchase anything but the most basic needs to live a live of improvised subsistence. It's purpose is to create Neo-Feudal Tax Slaves and it is the epitome of Evil. 1 1 1

Yep, a litany of woe and pollution, but just bear in mind that CO2 levels in our atmosphere are currently at 0.04% only. Of which only 1/10th is produced by humans. If levels drop below 0.02%, the plants, trees, vegetation (our food sources) start dying. CO2 is literally the 'gas of life' being repackaged (by the globalists, their paid-for scientists, and lapdog media) as (another) enemy and taxation source. Thailand has obviously signed up to this BS by way of some 'trade deal' agreement or WEF infiltration.
