At Wat Asokaram market in Tambon Thai Ban, 36 year old Benyapa Muang Samut Prakan, better known as Gig, has been attracting attention alongside her 17 year old daughter, Kulthida, who goes by Yeehwa. According to Benyapa, Yeehwa’s resemblance to Lisa has not gone unnoticed by market-goers. A Matthayom 5 student at Taphanhin School in Phichit, Yeehwa visits her mother in Samut Prakan during school breaks. While helping sell fried chicken at the market, many have remarked on her uncanny similarity to the famous singer, sparking considerable interest on social media. Benyapa shared that Yeehwa, despite being shy and somewhat embarrassed by the newfound attention, has a burgeoning interest in the entertainment industry and participates in related activities at school. “I’m happy and excited to resemble an admired singer like Lisa. I’m happy to be known on social media, and I would willingly enter the entertainment industry if ever the chance arises.” The resemblance to the Rockstar singer has thrust the young seller into the spotlight, with many curious to see if this newfound fame might lead her toward an entertainment career, reported Bangkok Post.
