snoop1130
A Chinese man was tragically killed by a pickup truck while crossing Road 3191 in Rayong, an eastern province in Thailand. Police at the Pluak Daeng Police Station received a notification about the accident around 8:30pm on Monday, July 1 and quickly responded alongside a rescue team. The Chinese man, who was between 40 to 50 years old, was found unconscious at the scene. Emergency personnel attempted CPR and rushed him to Pluak Daeng Hospital, but unfortunately, he didn't survive his injuries. A witness named Opas, aged 33, saw the accident occur. He was in the area searching for his brother when he saw the Chinese man hit by the truck. Opas saw the man get thrown into the air before landing on the road. Opas was very shocked by the incident. The pickup truck's driver, who's around 40, remained at the scene to wait for the police. His charges have not yet been revealed. CCTV footage showed the Chinese man almost reaching the other side of the road before the pickup truck, which was speeding, struck him. J Branche
Surprised not more of these stories in Pattaya with all the oblivious Indians walking in the street. RIP friend. Hope the driver has nice long miserable visit to the local jail.

Maybole
I know it does not absolve the driver but China drives on the right, did the victim look the wrong way.
