Are the 6 pictures required for Non-O Marriage visa if Thai husband and foreign wife? at CW

Featured Replies

Hi,

I plan to apply for non-O marriage visa for my wife (she is foreign while I am Thai), and I know the financial requirements aren't necessary but are the pictures still necessary? I'll be applying at Chaeng Wattana, wondering if anyone here has applied for this recently.

If the pictures are still required, what should be pictures be of exactly? I don't know if the officers at CW are very strict about it or not.

Also I have heard that we need to print a map of our residence too? is just a google map screenshot fine?

It has to be a hand drawn map.

Photos of you both in and around the house.

One showing the house number or name.

Thank you for the reply.

Can you elaborate a bit more on the hand-drawn map? Say I live in a Moo Ban, do I simply draw a road leading up to the house from the main road?

The map does not need to be more than dwelling to nearest main road.

At CW it's not a big deal .

Perhaps this instruction from my agent will be of help.

Residential photographs of you and wife:-

- showing address

- kitchen

- bedroom

- dining room

Best of luck.

I always give them a Google maps route map....andjust  handwrite the address next to x marks the spot......but that's not at CW.

Isn't it your wife who needs to apply for a non-O visa?
