Behind the Curtain: How Biden’s Decline Shaped Harris’s Role
You can have an opinion about him, but to say he is in cognitive declline is a flat out lie. And makes you look foolish. -

Connect an inverter to the mains
How much power (Watts/VA) do you need and for how long? There are certainly UPS units that can take external batteries but they tend to be the more expensive variety. Or, you could use a solar hybrid inverter without solar panels and just a battery pack. The world is your oyster then 🙂 -

Unsafe Condos In Bangkok?
That’s correct. It’s called force majeure, and you’ll find a clause for it in just about every homeowners or building insurance policy. Basically, it’s an exemption that excludes coverage for damage caused by natural disasters. In recent years, many local homeowners insurance policies have tightened their clauses regarding floods, pandemics, and even burglaries. These days, they cover very little, most insurance companies don’t want to take on those kinds of risks anymore. One of the only things they do still cover is fire, but only if it’s not caused by negligence. Even burglary coverage comes with strict conditions—if the property is left unoccupied for an extended period, they often won’t cover it at all. And if they do cover for burglary, then you still have to prove evidence of a forced entry. -

Hospital recommendation - Bangkok
Agreed. 💯 As mentioned above, I've already booked up to go to Samitivej tomorrow to see the specialist Sheryl recommended. I think she missed that post and just saw the other response I made to Edward Flory re: military hospitals. I had no intention of using one, I was querying his assertions that anyone can use them etc. Money isn't the issue here at all, and I have full travel insurance anyways (I never travel overseas without it). I'm not bothering to claim for tomorrows consultation and pther stuff (X-Ray etc.), not worthwhile once excesses are factored in. I was mostly averse to paying over the odds for an MRI or the hassle of getting an insurer to agree to pay for it if claiming on insurance, given I'm returning to the UK for the summer in early May (whether there is in fact an English summer is another question...!). Cheers all. -

Russia Rejects Trump’s Peace Plan, Citing Zelensky’s Leadership as a Major Obstacle
Only a supporter of the Goombah would make such an inane and ill informed statement.
