No they didn't. Some banks take t days, mine doesn't. Try reading.

If the original non O is in previous passport then not required.

The first pages of new pp will cover that requirement.

Of course if original visa is in old pp that was retrained then by all means take a photocopy.

Bangkok Bank isn't so well organised. Takes 5 days as it "needs to come from headoffice". It's Thailand. Letter takes minutes at Cw branch.
