yes ,74 over 40  nightime,daytime ok about 110 over 80,lying in hospital bed when these readings were taken, had docs climbing all over me, what to do?

Yea, that's scary, as they consider low to be 90/60 ... 

... what's your O2 level when BP that low ?

 

Why were/are you in the hospital? As that would likely be relevant.

had infection after turps, but always had extremely low bp

May be related to the infection. They nay  give IV fluids.
