The US has a stockpile of nuclear weapons. Does that confirm they intend to attack Mexico? Are they on the border of Mexico next to UN posts that are supposed to have de armed them? Have they been using them for the last year against Mexico? Hezbollah has launched over 9,000 missiles from that area at Israel. Or is that just a trolling deflection? -

there are trained, experienced, reliable and competent plumbers in thailand, the knack is sorting the wheat from the chaff. this would be fairly easy back home, but potentially more difficult here, depending on your awareness of thai language and culture. though, as a local, your thai partner really should be able to find an appropriate tradesman/woman. i mean, if you were back home and needed a plumber you would't expect your thai partner to find one, you'd do it yourself because the understand what's going on! -

Absolutely true.....and why should there be. A business is there to make a profit - otherwise we all know what happens. A race to the bottom by cutting prices to try and beat the competition has no future; the punters benefit, in the short term, but the end result is fewer businesses and less choice. Siamburi's has had occasional great offers at times - notably the cheeses. Beyond that it a place, amongst others, where can get food from at sensible prices. Those who expect something for nothing - and there are many - will get SFA., If you want an example of price gouging (or ineptitude with initial pricing) look no further than MAKRO. Their own ARO brand of vintage cheese was 199 Baht last week for 450g - now it is 245 Baht, an increase of 23%. -

Indeed do not understand why not transferred to customs. Think they can do good with problems in airports. Also they can smell a lot from bombs, drugs, money. maybe an additional training in it. Reasons are weird to thin? give them food, too heavy, give less food, train more. Too friendly, well give me that one. -

Phuket taxi driver hits foreign man on airport zebra crossing
Cynical, but very difficult to disagree. Pedestrian crossings on Phuket are simply strange patterns painted across some roads and serve no purpose other than to give the unwary a false sense of security - they do more harm than good! There will be CCTV all over the airport and so the driver will be easy to identify, but I would be very surprised if he tried to do a runner. -
