Ive been around long enough to know that only jerks call Filipina women flippers, or flipflops for that matter. The only people using the words flipflops or flippers were English. Very low class English
I've already spoken to my local Tax Office about this as i visit at least once a year to file my claim for a refund of the Tax Interest Payments taken by the Banks on our Accounts holding the Funds for Visa.
As i already have a Tax Number and ID Card for this purpose i asked if i will need another one later for these new rules and they laughed and said 'probably not in your lifetime'. They went on to say they have recieved not a single word from Head Office about any forthcoming changes but, as you are already a registered claimant if there are any changes you will be informed accordingly. Parting shot from them was 'see you next year when you claim your refund'.
i used the C section at CW to go from exempt to 90 day Non O - retirement. 2017 and 2021. both times there was not much of a wait. one or two people in front of me. if you can get an appt that's great, but probably not much of a wait if you go in person.
for me, the C desk has been the area that takes the least time if you go with no appt, compared to O extensions, 90 day reports in person, tourist visa extension, re-entry permit, etc.....
