Ah. Silver and gold. The thing that bitcoin can do better and thus why it is so very obviously outperforming it

Silver and gold have withstood the test of time.  Time will tell how long bitcoin will be around.

Agree.  This is why my money is spread out in different investments like real estate, equities and a sizeable coin and stamp collection.

It means, loosening whatever restrictions remain on the rich elite controlling society. If "the people" happen to benefit from their policies but it will be accidental not intentional. These guys see the lower classes as serfs to do their bidding.

Most people in western countries have decent lives if they put some effort.

Elon Musk is actually promising a brighter future due to tech. Less work, more "abundance". Abundance being defined as cheaper goods and services available to everyone. Is he a snake in the grass? Could be.

Maybe.  What goes up can always go down.  I'm not a greedy person, hence my conservative stance.

Patience is a virtue and one of the reasons I am still around.  I've always invested in things that interested me, like stocks, coins and stamps.

Indeed. BTC is not a store of value like gold. It is a proxy for the US dollar. BTC can have wild swings but gold's volatility will always be attenuated.

BTC has actually run contrary to gold lately. Gun runs contrary to the DXY. So what happens when the dollar crashes? Here is a chart of GOLD / BTC since september (daily).

Ive been in bitcoin since 2014 and i dont need to work anymore aged 38. Whats worked for you isnt going to work for younger generations because inflation is slowly and now quickly destroying peoples lives. Gold is just collectibles now for old people

How did you do when BTC dropped from 65k to 15k? Surely you sold before getting raped?

I held from 1000 to 250, 20,000 to 3,000, and 69k to 15k. Bitcoin is the best money ever created. Im not selling

Collectibles for old people?  So that's the reason China and India are on a gold buying spree.

The price will keep going up regardless. I dont expect to convince any of the elderly here. You can lead a horse to water but you cant force it to drink

Politically, Trump is a creature of the billionaire class. His major backers are  billionaire technocrats (Musk, Peter Thiel), Israeli supporters (Madeline Adelson), old money (Peter Mellon), and Paypal exec David Sacks -- all of whom have extensive ties with the "Deep State," the military, the financial class. What do you think these people want for their money?

Forbes found at least 100 billionaires in the corners of either former President Donald Trump or Vice President Kamala Harris—with many more backing Harris

But the ones that support Harris and Biden are ok?

You people are such hypocrites and are so blind to your hypocrisy it is laughable.

You know nothing at all, but that's being young and ignorant, never learned manners or common sense. Think the world evolves around them, and only them.

A bit manic if you ask me how many Magas act these days, and think their problems is solved.

Yes, spending USD to buy BTC will tank the USD, making all imports more expensive.

Just stop giving people advice. Because you are wrong about everything you believe, simple as that

Who are you to know? That's the question! One who never followed politics being newly convinced about life, like an new religious who found Jesus.

When you have realized your bitcoin, you won, but still be depended on the old fashioned banking and finance systems to realize your fortune. Think about it for one sec,

As bitcoin continues to succeed, banks will become less reliable. People will prefer to trust their money to themselves. Its already happening

No, they're not okay. But that's why people turned against the Democrats and ran straight into the arms of Trump. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

HURRAH for revolution and more cannon-shot!
A beggar upon horseback lashes a beggar on foot.
Hurrah for revolution and cannon come again!
The beggars have changed places, but the lash goes on.'

Funny how Trump backers are making news after the election.

Pre election the media attention was on the Dems celebrity backers hundreds of them.

Lot of good that did Harris.

Trump backs the money men. So what?

Other way round. The money men back an unscrupulous politician who will do their bidding.
